Who operates Naroxe
Naroxe is the lighting storefront operated by NAROXE GLOBALE LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. We offer wall sconces, ceiling lights, table lamps, and floor lamps. Our company address and contact details appear below.
Our warehouse and return address is 775 N Foster Rd, Casper, Wyoming 82601, United States. Please use the return instructions before sending an item.
Using the website & placing orders
Use the site lawfully and provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information. You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement. Protect your account credentials and tell us if you suspect unauthorized account access.
Browsing or placing an item in the cart does not create an accepted order. Review the complete total before placing an order. An automated acknowledgment confirms receipt; acceptance is confirmed when we send the dispatch confirmation, unless we expressly agree otherwise.
Product information & availability
Read the description, dimensions, included items, power requirements, and installation information for the specific product you select. Colors can vary with screens and lighting; images do not establish an electrical rating or a precise measurement. Contact us before ordering if a dimension, included item, or electrical requirement is unclear.
We aim to keep listings accurate. If we discover a material pricing, description, or availability error affecting an order, we will contact you to agree a correction or cancellation. We will not substitute an item or increase an agreed price without your consent. Any canceled paid order is refunded in full.
Prices & payment
Prices are in USD and include applicable sales tax. Shipping is free on every order. No additional sales tax is added to the displayed product price at checkout, and the full payable total is shown before payment. Payment methods depend on those actually available in checkout; see Payment information.
Delivery, cancellation & returns
Our Shipping & delivery policy explains the 2 pm Mountain Time cutoff, 1-business-day processing, 4–5-business-day transit, and estimated 5–6-business-day total. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. public holidays; certain destinations and disruptions can take longer.
See Order changes & cancellations for requests before or after dispatch. Our Returns & refunds policy provides 35-calendar-day returns from delivery, free return labels, no restocking fee, and refund processing within 7 calendar days after receiving the return.
Installation & product care
Follow the instructions supplied with the product and applicable installation requirements. Have hardwired electrical fixtures installed by a qualified professional where required. Confirm the fixture, power supply, bulb, dimmer, and location are compatible before installation. Do not use damaged electrical equipment.
We do not make a blanket additional commercial warranty promise for every item. Any specific warranty offered must be stated for that product. Nothing in these terms removes applicable rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.
Website content & external links
Naroxe’s branding, text, and imagery may be protected by intellectual property rights. You may use the website for personal shopping and information, but must not misuse the site, copy protected content for unauthorized commercial use, or interfere with its security.
External links, including carrier tracking links, lead to independently operated services. Their terms and privacy practices apply when you use them.
Responsibility & applicable law
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by misuse of a product, unauthorized alterations, or failure to follow installation and safety instructions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming and applicable United States federal law, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Contact us first if a concern arises so we can work toward a resolution.
Privacy & updates
Our Privacy policy and Cookie policy describe personal-information handling. We may update these terms for future website use or orders; changes do not remove rights attached to an order already accepted.
