Cookie policy

Learn how cookies and similar storage support Naroxe’s website and how to control them in your browser.

What cookies do

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Similar technologies include local storage and tracking tags. They can maintain a cart, remember a choice, keep an account signed in or measure activity. Some are needed to provide a service you request; optional analytics and advertising serve different purposes.

We describe the categories and providers below. Features, cookie names and durations depend on your choices, the tools enabled on the store and your browser. Not every listed service sets cookies on every visit.

Cart, account & essential cookies

  • woocommerce_cart_hash and woocommerce_items_in_cart: support cart changes; typically last for the browsing session.
  • wp_woocommerce_session_: associates your browser with cart information; typically lasts up to 2 days.
  • wordpress_test_cookie: checks cookie support when using the login page; lasts for the session.
  • WordPress authentication cookies: support signed-in accounts; typically up to 2 days, or 14 days if Remember me is selected. Account and display-preference storage can last longer.

Cookie names may include a site-specific suffix. These cookies are set when the relevant feature is used; not every visitor receives every cookie.

Order attribution & preferences

WooCommerce order attribution can associate referral and browsing-session information with an order using cookies beginning sbjs_. This optional measurement starts after Accept all and is separate from the cookies required to keep items in your cart. Storefront features may also store cart fragments, recently viewed items and display preferences in your browser.

Our optional-cookie choice is stored as nx_optional_consent_v2 for up to 180 days. An earlier choice may exist as nx_advertising_consent_v1; a previous refusal remains a refusal, while an older advertising-only acceptance is not treated as permission for expanded purposes. A local marker beginning nx_pin_paid_ prevents duplicate reporting of the same purchase on page refresh. Clearing site storage removes these local records.

Google Analytics

When enabled, Google Analytics helps measure visits and use of the store. It may use cookies such as _ga and _ga_<ID> to distinguish browsers and sessions. Retention depends on the property settings and browser controls. Analytics is an optional purpose. Read Google’s partner-site privacy information or use the Analytics opt-out add-on.

Google Ads and Pinterest

When enabled and permitted, Google Ads measures ad results and can support relevant advertising. Cookies such as _gcl_au or _gcl_aw may associate a visit or purchase with an advertisement; exact identifiers and durations depend on configuration. See Google’s advertising information.

The Pinterest tag measures visits, cart additions and paid purchases after permission. Pinterest may use identifiers such as _pin_unauth, _epik and _derived_epik. Its tag cookies can persist for up to one year, subject to browser settings. Read Pinterest’s tag-cookie information. We currently do not use Pinterest enhanced matching or server-side conversion tracking.

Payment-service cookies

Stripe uses cookies and similar technologies to provide payment features, help detect fraud, and remember payment preferences. Payment-security functions are separate from optional analytics and advertising and remain available when you choose Essential only. Wallet services or Link may use their own storage if you choose those features. Read Stripe’s Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy for purposes and durations.

Your choices

Essential only refuses optional analytics and advertising. Accept all permits those optional purposes. The compact banner appears at the bottom of the screen and does not require you to accept in order to shop. Use Cookie settings in the footer to reopen it and change your choice.

We honor Global Privacy Control by keeping optional analytics and advertising off. Withdrawing permission updates our consent signals and stops optional tracking under our controls. We clear relevant first-party advertising and analytics cookies that our site can remove. Cookies stored on another provider’s domain must be managed through that provider or your browser. Withdrawal does not undo data already received by a provider.

You can also view, delete or block cookies in your browser. Choices apply to that browser and device; clearing storage or using another browser may require a new choice. Blocking essential cookies can clear your cart or prevent account and checkout features from working. External sites have their own controls.
