Accepted payment methods
Naroxe accepts the following payment methods through our secure checkout:
- Credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay availability depends on your compatible device, browser, region, and wallet account. Checkout displays the methods available for your transaction.
Payment is submitted when you place the order. If Stripe or your payment provider declines the authorization, the order is not completed. Naroxe does not collect card details through our contact form, email, or telephone.
Currency & prices
Product prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD). Prices are for the product and configuration described on its page. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend.
Listed product prices include applicable sales tax. No additional sales tax is added to the displayed product price at checkout. Review the items, quantities, delivery details, and full total before placing an order. There are no undisclosed handling or restocking charges.
Payment security
Stripe processes card and digital-wallet payment information through encrypted payment fields. Naroxe does not store complete card numbers or card security codes on our website.
Use only the checkout reached through naroxe.com. Do not send a full card number, security code, bank password, or one-time verification code in a message. If you receive an unexpected payment request claiming to be from Naroxe, contact us using the details below before proceeding.
Payment questions
If you experience a payment error, check the order status before trying again. Contact us with your order reference or the time of the attempted order, without sending sensitive card information.
An order acknowledgment is not a guarantee of dispatch. Order acceptance and cancellation are explained in our Terms of service and Order changes & cancellations page.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Naroxe processes a refund for returned goods within 7 calendar days after receiving and inspecting the return. Your bank, card issuer, Apple Pay, or Google Pay provider may require additional time to post the funds to your account.
