Privacy policy
This policy explains how NAROXE GLOBALE LLC handles personal information when you browse Naroxe, contact us, or use store features.
Last updated: September 16, 2026
Information we collect
Depending on the features you use, we receive your name, email, telephone number, billing or delivery address, order details, and messages or files you choose to provide. Our contact form asks for a name, email, topic, and message, with an optional order number.
Our website and hosting services also process technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, referring pages, and security logs. Cart, account, and order-lookup features use information needed to perform the action you request.
How we use information
- Provide the website, maintain your cart or account, and display order information.
- Answer questions and handle delivery, cancellation, return, or refund requests.
- Fulfill accepted orders and communicate necessary service updates.
- Protect the site, prevent misuse, investigate errors, and maintain business records.
- Meet applicable legal obligations and resolve disputes.
We do not require payment-card details in customer-service messages. Please send only information relevant to your request.
Services used to run Naroxe
Store, support and delivery
We use WordPress and WooCommerce to operate the store and manage carts, accounts and orders, WPForms for contact requests, and hosting, email, security and performance providers to keep the site available. Service providers receive the information needed for their work. Delivery providers receive recipient and delivery details for accepted shipments. Contact requests are delivered to info@naroxe.com.
Payments and fraud prevention — Stripe
Stripe processes payments and helps detect fraud. It can receive payment-method details, transaction amounts and status, contact and billing information, IP addresses, device information and security signals. Naroxe receives information needed to manage the order, payment status, refunds and disputes; full card details are handled through the payment provider. Payment security is separate from optional advertising consent. If you select an available wallet or Link, its provider also processes information under its own terms. Read Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
Analytics and advertising — Google
Google Analytics and Google Ads, when enabled on the store, help us understand visits, measure advertising results and support relevant advertising. These services can receive page URLs, IP addresses, device information, browser or cookie identifiers, referral information and shopping events. Google may combine information with data it holds, subject to your settings and its policies. Read how Google uses information from partner sites and manage personalization in Google My Ad Center. These disclosures explain the services we use or may enable; not every tool operates on every page or visit.
Advertising measurement — Pinterest
With your permission, the Pinterest tag measures visits, successful cart additions and paid purchases, and supports advertising audiences. Event information can include product identifiers, quantities, value, currency and an event identifier, alongside browser, IP address and cookie information. Pinterest can use this information to measure and personalize advertising. Our current Pinterest integration does not send customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, delivery addresses or card details through enhanced matching, and does not use server-side conversion tracking. Read Pinterest’s Privacy Policy.
Other technical services and disclosures
Some pages request fonts from Google Fonts. These requests provide the technical connection information needed to deliver the font, such as IP address and browser information; they are separate from Analytics and advertising tags. We may also disclose information to comply with law, respond to valid legal requests, resolve disputes or protect rights and prevent fraud. We do not sell customer contact lists for money. Advertising-related disclosures may be considered sharing or targeted advertising under applicable law.
Cookies & browser storage
Cookies and similar browser storage support the cart, login, site preferences, security, and WooCommerce order attribution. Some operate only when you use the relevant feature. Our Cookie policy explains the principal categories, typical durations, and browser controls.
You can clear or block cookies in your browser. Blocking essential cookies can prevent cart, account, or checkout features from working correctly. Links to carrier or other external websites open services with their own privacy practices.
How long we keep information
We keep information for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including answering requests, managing accounts, fulfilling orders and returns, and maintaining records required for accounting, security, or legal obligations. The period depends on the information and the relevant obligation; we do not promise that every type of record is deleted on the same schedule.
You may ask us to delete information that is no longer needed. Some records may need to be retained to meet a legal obligation, resolve a dispute, or prevent fraud. We will explain any applicable limitation when responding.
Your choices & privacy requests
Cookie choices. Choose Essential only to refuse optional analytics and advertising, or Accept all to permit them. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. We honor Global Privacy Control by keeping optional analytics and advertising off. Your choice does not prevent ordering, payment security or customer support, and applies to the browser where you make it. Withdrawal stops future optional tracking under our controls but does not erase information already received by a provider. You can use the provider links above to manage information held by them.
Contact info@naroxe.com to ask about access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your personal information, or to raise a privacy concern. Rights depend on the law that applies to you. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity before releasing or changing a record.
We will respond in accordance with applicable requirements. You can stop optional marketing messages using the unsubscribe method in the message, if such messages are offered. Necessary messages about an order or support request may still be sent.
Security, location & children
We use technical and organizational measures appropriate to the information we handle, but no transmission or storage method is completely secure. Providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate, subject to applicable requirements.
Naroxe is intended for adult shoppers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has supplied personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the services or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the latest version. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent for a material change.
