Paying for your order
Review your items, quantities, delivery details, and order total before submitting payment. Use a payment method displayed at checkout for your order.
Card and digital-wallet availability depends on the enabled payment service, your device, browser, and payment account. The options shown at checkout apply to your transaction. We do not take card details by contact form, email, or telephone.
Currency & prices
Product prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD). Prices are for the product and configuration described on its page. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend.
Listed product prices include applicable sales tax. No additional sales tax is added to the displayed product price at checkout. Review the items, quantities, delivery details, and full total before placing an order. There are no undisclosed handling or restocking charges.
Payment security
Use only the checkout reached through naroxe.com. Do not send a full card number, security code, bank password, or one-time verification code in a message. If you receive an unexpected payment request claiming to be from Naroxe, contact us using the details below before proceeding.
Payment questions
If you experience a payment error, check the order status before trying again. Contact us with your order reference or the time of the attempted order, without sending sensitive card information.
An order acknowledgment is not a guarantee of dispatch. Order acceptance and cancellation are explained in our Terms of service and Order changes & cancellations page.
Refunds
Refunds are made to the original payment method. For returned goods, our processing window is 7 business days after receiving the return. See Returns & refunds for the complete conditions and bank-processing distinction.
